Bilbo takes a massive semi-chunky shit on the chest of a sleeping Madison Dyson, who somehow doesn't notice. Probably in a paint huffing coma. Bilbo then sits back and admires his work, as the soft tones of Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers starts to play in the background and the X-Treme Champion with her shit pile start to spin. Bilbo rolls up to the turd pile and begins to sculpt the feces like clay, just as Sebasstian Dyke appears behind him and wraps his arms around Bilbo, helping him mold the excrement into a perfect recreation of Bilbo himself, which pins Dyson.
