Tommy breaks (or in this case kickout) from Greggo rape attempt by headbutting him in the nose. Tommy pulls the bag off his head, and strangles him with it.

Tommy then sees Greggo turning blue, and lets go of the bag. He then picks up his title, and walks away before the cops arrives.
