Robert Main is walking down a lonely stretch of hallway, when he hears a strange sort of hiss. Wheeling about, he sees nothing. Looking ahead, he still sees nothing. Puzzled, he finally looks up.

A gaunt horrific woman is intertwined with the piping above him, body angled inhumanly like a doll discarded in a sullen corner. Robert bites out a curse as she drops down atop him, pilling him.

WE aLl wEar MaSks RoBert... she hisses from behind a white surgical face covering....buT ThE tIMe dOes COme wHeN we FInd wE cAnnOt reMoVE Them wiTHoUT RemoVINg soME OF ouR FlEsH! She rips the mask off, revealing a disgusting distended mouth, cut wide and exposing pulpy decayed looking flesh! She lunges, biting down on Main's shoulder and pinning him!
