Two nights ago, my client and her fiance were embarrassed in front of a national audience by the Florida State Police. These officers, acting as a favor to Bartholomew Lichter, engaged in an illegal search of my clients possessions without a warrant being issued. If we were to pursue a civil case, these officers could be fired, and the state of Florida could be on the hook for millions of dollars in litigation.

To save the tax payers of Florida from having to pay for a drown out court process, we have decided not to press charges, on exchange for an apology by the Florida State Police for their carelessness in this situation.

Be assured that my client has not been charged with a crime, and has been released, along with her fiance, without having to pay bond. We consider this matter to be closed; however, the situation with Bartholomew Lichter and his group of friends is far from settled.
