War Games broke ELO. It was always a bad time for ELO's data, but putting titles on the line made the math go crazy and I saw a draft list that had Isaiah King dropping to like 25th or 30th or something stupid like that, amongst other things. So, I got my team of 17 year old chad coders to have a look at it in between their mandated posts on X telling the world how much a genius I am.

INTRODUCING... THE NEW AND IMPROVED XWF ELON RANKINGS! Updated in the OP above.

We're starting with November 2025, but this took a while to unpack because ELO is a loser libtard who doesn't know how to code and isn't willing to work 25 hours a day.

Here are some of the new features:

• Math modified in tons of places so there should be a little more bounce in rating points when you win. Testing data showed both Charlie Nickles and Dolly Waters wound up one ranking place higher as a result of the rating changes when they won the Universal Championship than they did in the v1 ELO rankings. That is SUPERIOR math.
  
• Scaled elimination. If you are eliminated last in a match, you will lose fewer points. If you are eliminated first in a match, you will lose more points. It is still zero sum prioritising the winners score, so losers will sometimes drop more than might seem logical. The solution to that is DON'T BE A LOSER.
  
• Blue checkmark available for a 50,000 X-Bux monthly subscription that guarantees you top 10 placement.
  
• Cash-ins that aren't announced ahead of time aren't going to have as big of an impact. Title changes mid-match (e.g., the X-Treme title going from 'Psycho' Solomon to Amber Mansley to Dr. Holly Cambric in one match at War Games) will factor into ratings on their own.
  

My team has a list of other changes that might be needed on v3, but this is a better product now. The next major thing I want them to work on is finding a way to document win/loss records.
